Compiler: Library integration build with Compiler V6.2.8 with compiler compiler 6.1.4

Tool/software: TI C/C++ Compiler

Dear team,

We would like know is it possible to integrate the library build with compiler V6.2.8 with compiler version 6.1.4 ?

I'd like to add that V6.1.4 linker will be used to link those objects (from 6.1.4) and lib (from 6.2.8).

Also would like to know are there any critical Erratas on 6.2.8?

    No.  The version of the linker used must always be >= the version of the compiler used to build any object file or library.  When this constraint is not met, it possible an object file or library produced by a later compiler may contain content the older linker cannot process.
