I would like to update CCS.

However, I get the error code shown below.

Could you tell me how to solve this?

This is my working environment.

1.Windows10

Hello,

It looks like CCS is unable to connect to the update sites. Are you on a secure network behind a firewall? If so, please check the CCS proxy configuration:
