I am also having trouble with translating the message.

What I understand is that you reinstalled Windows XP SP4 and then installed Code Composer Studio v2 but you are getting a crash shortly after opening your project.  

Is that correct?  I am assuming you mean SP3 as there is no XP SP4.

A couple things to try:

1. Make sure your user account is an administrator
2. Try turning off visual assist.  I haven't had CCSv2 installed for years but under tools->Options there should be a menu for turning off Visual assist.  This feature is for code completion.

     but ,I can't find "visual assist "in tools on menu bar . Please tell me more information. thinks.
