CCS/CCSTUDIO: C/C++ setting page missing in my CCS IDE

I am using CCStudio in Windows environment, after installation, I found that, when I open "Window->Preferences", there is no C/C++ settings page, please see picture below for detail:

Any plugin or support software missing?

Additionally, my CCS version is 9.3.0.201912041800, OS environment: Windows 10.
