Load gel command not found in Tool menu

Hello,

When I'm in debug perspective and connected to the CPU1 of the TMS320F28379D via an XDS100 emulator, the "load gel command" is not available in the Tool menu (as explained here: https://software-dl.ti.com/ccs/esd/documents/users_guide/gel/files.html

I'm using CCS version: Version: 10.1.0.00010.

How can I have this command?
