Hi,

I would appreciate it if you could make the 'hello world' project file.

Then I'll compare it to what is wrong.

It will be easy way to solve the problem for you and me.

My Development Environment

host PC : WinXP

s/w : CCSv5.0.0.00095

emulator : Spectrum Digital - XDS560v2 STM USB

target : Texas Instrument - c6a816x/am389x DDR2 EVM

I am trying to get a C6A816x EVM to properly test the Hello World example, although this example should not be affected by the board itself as it does not access peripherals.

In the meantime can you try one more thing? In the file I sent before, can you modify the parameters in the SECTIONS directives from DDR0 to either L3OCMC0 or L3OCMC1 or SHDSPL2? I am suspecting the external DDR0 memory interface is not properly configured by the GEL file and therefore the program is failing to run.
