Build launch failed in CCSv4

I was trying to build the project after I create target configuration and import the project. but it show the errorm mesage " Build error, launch failed", What is the possible mistake I made? thanks, Jay

    Jay,

    With so little information it is difficult to do an assessment of the issue. When you build the project could you copy the console output to a text file and send it? This way we could have additional information about this issue. Ultimately we would need the project to see what may be happening.

    Hi,

    i am using ccsv4 and development kit is TMS320C5515 Ezdsp USB stick. i have build application before and i did not find such problem given below :-

    Problem :-
    **** Build of configuration Debug for project G723_Comp_DeComp_DMA ****

    Build error
    (Exec error:Launching failed)

    What i feel it is not related to application but it is because of CCSV4 IDE failure..

    once this problem comes i am not able to compile any test application provided with the kit.
