Hello,

I am using the SDK example project "QSPI_BasicExample_idkAM437x_armExampleProject". According to my understanding there is a 512[MBit] = 64[MByte] QSPI flash in use on the AM437x IDK. 

Is it possible that the flash size hash #define in the QSPI NOR Flash driver is wrong?  

It looks like the hash defines indicates a 32[MByte] flash.

The code above is also valid for the newer SDK version 6.3.0.106.

    Hi Inno,

    You are correct that S25FL_FLASH_DEVICE_SIZE needs to be updated to 64MB instead of 32MB. 

    I confirmed this by checking section 2.7.2 of the AM437x IDK EVM hardware guide, which states that MX66L51235FMI10G is being used. And just like you mentioned in your post, this flash is 512 Mbits or 64 Mbytes.
