CCS V10.2 hangs after starting.

I installed CCS V10.2 and started it. It hangs after showing the workspace and does not accept any further input (keyboard / mouse) and can only be stopped by the task manager. It may depend on my windows setup but I don't have an idea what the problem could be. I tried to run it as adminstrator but this does not help.
