Upgrade CCS from Version: 10.1.1.00004 to Version 10.2.0.00009

we are planning to upgrade our CCS tool from  Version: 10.1.1.00004  to Version 10.2.0.00009. In the release notes it has been mentioned that Bug fixes. Could you please let us know the issue fixes? So that we will have proper justification for the version upgrade.
