CCS V4 periodically dumps!

G'day all,

I am using CCS V4.2.1.00004, and while using CCS the program just quits, and I get a message on the computer screen in the windows mode from Eclipse with a long list of information.  The top line seems to be the only thing that changes from dump to dump;  it says,  "JVM terminated,  Exit code=1  or -1073741819.  I restart the program and all seems to run well.  This is kind of a pain.  Is there some setting I don't know about or ???

    It may be that some particular sequence of things you were doing in CCS caused it to crash. If this is something you can recreate consistently, (ie) CCS always crashes when doing something specific, or after a specific sequence of steps, then we would like to see some crash logs so we can analyze the cause of crash. However, if it just a random occurance, then please check the "General IDE" and "Debugger" sections of this page for general troubleshooting and cleaning up tips that should help alleviate such problems: http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Troubleshooting_CCS
