Unable to install SDK in code composer studio

Thanks. The log doesn't have much helpful information. Can you:

1) Click on the "error" links in ReX to see the error message and then provide that information:

2) Reproduce the issue while generating a cloud agent log. The zip the log and attach to this thread

3) Send latest tirex log from <user>/ti/tirex-localserver-3.7.1/.logs

The below zip file is from <user>/ti/tirex-localserver-3.7.1/.logs.

Regarding the TI Cloud Agent log, I realized that the instructions are for external browser cloud agent. We need the log for CCS. Can you follow the same instructions but instead modify the bat file in: in <CCS install folder>\ccs\ccs_base\cloudagent? Then provide the log. Sorry for the confusion.

While we investigate this issue, note that you can download the SDK manually and install it yourself via: https://www.ti.com/tool/SIMPLELINK-CC32XX-SDK

I edited the cloudagent.bat file but it does not create the log file in the c drive.

Editing the Cloudagent.bat file causes this issue when trying to install any SDK.

Where did you specify the location of the log file to be? Did you try restarting CCS? 

I took a look at the bat file again and I see that you do not need to add in those extra lines. You just need to uncomment lines 4-6 in the batch file.

This is my cloudagent.bat file. But still no temp file is created. Please check if the contents of the bat file is correct. Tried restarting the code composer studio and the resource explorer

You must also uncomment line 4. TI_DS_ENABLE_LOGGING must be set to "1".
