CCS8.3 with xds560v2 PRO TRACE

I am trying to use CCS8.3 with XDS560V2 PRO TRACE and the driver comes up odd in device manager / no able to connect in CCS using CC8.3.   (Might have been able to obtain from colleague)

Additionally trying to get the CCS emulator for the XDS560V2.. Location for this driver and emulator download?

Within cc8.3, what is the corrected weblink I should use to search... I was guessing the following software-dl.ti.com/.../latest but that was not correct.

    What is the exact error message you see when trying to connect with CCS? What are the results when trying to run a JTAG connectivity test?

    The drivers should come bundled with the CCS installer and installed by default. If you see options for the XDS560v2 when creating a target configuration, then it should be installed already.
