Any idea what is happening here? I'm attempting to compile an ARM project. I do not recall setting a "tack" compile option, nor can I find where it is specified. Thoughts appreciated....

Most likely what's happening is you're passing the linker option '-stack' to the compiler. It will see the first part, '-s', as a different option and try to continue using '-tack' as a separate option. You need to move the '-stack' option after the '-z' so that it becomes a linker option.

Good catch. I had inadvertently included my linker .cmd file in the additional --cmd_file in the compiler options.
