Offline CCS installer will not install

Hi,

I have a question about installing CCS in offline install.

When I am installing, I get the phenomenon shown in the image below and cannot install.

Could you tell me how to fix this?

    Hello,

    The error message seems like it is related to the web installer, which has been disabled for old CCS versions. Can you confirm that you have the offline installer? The offline installer should be part of a large 1GB+ archive.

    Also, may I ask why you are trying to install an old CCS version? That version is obsolete and no longer supported.
