Our company, Panasonic Industrial Devices SUNX Co., uses Code Composer Studio IDE Development Tools PLATINUM V3.3 to develop embedded device products.
Our 1 engineer will keep working on the product with Code Composer Studio, but will transfer to another group company.

Would it be possible that he keep using Code Composer Studio with the license which our company has?

This can be treated as a license transfer and he can continue to use the license in the new group.

If later on you need another license for Code Composer Studio v3.3 we do have a build that is available free of charge at the link below. It includes all of the service packs that we did for 3.3 but removes support for F24x/C24x devices.
