TIDA-00462: launchpad and boosterpack, MSP430FR5969, BOOSTXL-SHARP128

Dear TI Team,

We want to design 'TIDA-00462'.

Unable to find exact information about the launchpad and boosterpack in 'Ultrasonic Distance Measurement BoosterPack Design Guide'.

Looking at other existing questions, I think 'MSP430FR5969' and 'BOOSTXL-SHARP128' are used.

Should I buy 'MSP430FR5969' and 'BOOSTXL-SHARP128' to design  'TIDA-00462'?

    Hello Chihyun

    thank you for your interest into our reference designs.

    Basically, you can use any MSP430 LaunchPad as they do have same pinout. For this design the LaunchPad communicates vis SPI and GPIOs and it can optionally provide the power to TIDA-00462.

    The Sharp display is not available anymore and with the new version you have mentioned, it might require some firmware updates.
