PSPICE-FOR-TI: Parametric Sweep Issue - library 'special' does not exist.

Part Number: PSPICE-FOR-TI

I am trying to run a parametric sweep in PSpice for TI, and am having an issue placing the parameter object.  When I double-clock on the PARAM part to try to place it in my schematic, the following dialog appears:

I have nom.lib added as a global file in my configuration settings.  I tried modifying the text of this file to read as follows:

* This "Master library file" calls out the other libraries.

.lib "breakout.lib"
.lib "dig_misc.lib"
.lib "dig_prim.lib"
.lib "dig_io.lib"
.lib "abm.olb"
.lib "analog.olb"
.lib "source.olb"
.lib "special.olb"

* End of library

But this didn't help anything.  I am able to see special.olb in the directory C:\Cadence\PSpiceTI\tools\capture\library\pspice
