When my customer is installing PSpice, the screen below appeared and disappeared after ~10s after starting install. They tried on multiple machines and result is the same. Please help on this!

Can you please share the installation log? It can be found at %appdata%\Cadence\PSpiceTIInstall\cdsPspiceTIlog.txt. %appdata% is a system variable which you can just type into the file manager. Can you please confirm that your operating system is Windows 10?

Hi Jackie,
Thanks for your reply. Customer searched the location and they couldn't find this log. They said the installation didn't even start. That screenshot is the first thing appeared after running exe, system is Win10

Hello Abraham,
I found a previous case of a customer experiencing a similar issue. It was resolved with the following steps. Please ask the customer to try this:
1. Open Windows Control Panel->Administrative tools->Local Security Policy
2. On the left hand side column, select Local Policies->Security Options
3. On the right hand side column, select System Cryptography: Use FIPS compliant algorithms for encryption, hashing and signing. Double click on this and set it to disabled if it is enabled.
4. Restart the machine and perform installation again.
