TI Component Library

Hi Ruqi,

not sure what happened. Please try the following to see if you can restore it.

• Click Help -> Reinstall TI Models and Libraries. 
• Select Install now and close PSpice for TI, then launch it again.

During starting, it shows this every time. When it is done, no TI libraries are re-downloaded? There is no message showing if library download is successful or not.

Yes. When you select reinstall now, the program will quit. Then you need to launch it and you will see that screenshot you took. You will download ~400MB of files so it may take some time. Once that is finished, you should see this as the update is running:

it may take several minites. at the end, the tool will open.

JC, The below window did not show up. An error message showed up very quickly, and then it went to the start page. Here is the error message.

Please check if you have a log file in C:\cds_spb_home\cdssetup\pspTILibDir\download.

BTW, which version are you running?

Thanks so much for your help. It is getting very late! I am not sure where you are.

Will check the log file based on your suggestion tomorrow.

For software version: During starting, it says "2021-1". But on the start screen, it is 17.4-2020-S006, and the latest Version Available 17.4-2021-S006.
