PSpice for TI - Library not Updating with Parts Available on TI.com

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMUX1309

Hi,

I am working with a customer who is using our TMUX1309 model available at TI.com. When I was trying to troubleshoot the issue - the model was not in the PSpice for TI library. However on colleagues computers it is - please see below for reference:

My Version:

Colleagues Version:

I have tried re-installing the PSpice libraries by using the help menu to no avail. I also uninstalled PSpice for TI and reinstalled it and still no updated libraries. I even tried to re-install from my new installation. I've also tried deleting the metadata and reinstalling - it keeps pulling a file from 1/13-14/21, so I am not sure if this is the right data it is pulling or not.

Any help is greatly appreciated because due to the  limit on importing models I can't perform the needed simulations for a TI PSpice model.

Best,

Parker Dodson

  • Hi Parker,

Please check the library version by clicking "Help", "TI Models, products or application support". mine says 6/25 and I do have the 6/4/2021 model.

Reinstall only takes you to the original state of the library which is probably 1/14/2021. You still need to accept additional prompt for updating to bring the library current.

    Regards,
    JC
