Both new projects and existing projects have the same problem.
Interestingly, it worked well before, but it doesn't now.
They tried to install again, but it didn't solve at all.

In their environment, OrCAD is installed in the same PC.
Is it allowed?

Yes installing OrCAD on the same PC as PSpice for TI is allowed.

What happened since the time it worked and now that it does not?

Hi Oba,

Please try the following steps to see if it fixes the issue:

1. Close Pspice for TI.
2. Open Task Manager and make sure that none of the below processes are running. If they are running, end them manually.

          MrKSrvr.exe

          PSpiceExplorerSrvr.exe

          Simmgr.exe

           SimSrvr.exe

          Pspice.exe

          Capture.exe

      3.Now open registry editor in the system  and delete CaptureTIPSpice_Install  folder      from Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\OrCAD\CaptureTIPSpice_Install 
   
          
      4. Now go to  %cds_home%\cdssetup\OrCAD_PSpiceTIPSpice_Install\17.4.0 location and rename the  PSpice.ini to Pspice_old.ini 

      5. Now go to  %cds_home%\cdssetup\OrCAD_CaptureTIPSpice_Install\17.4.0 location and rename Capture.ini to Capture_old.ini

      5. Now invoke the tool and check.

OK, in that case, it could be something in the library configuration in the sim profile. Would you please ask for an archived project?

They didn't install a full version of PSpice. They just installed other OrCAD software.

Sorry, I'm not sure exactly. But they said that they didn't install Analyzing S/W but just install CAD S/W.
So I guess it is OrCAD capture.

They tried to install this other OrCAD S/W and TI Pspice in other PC, and they couldn't see the same issue.

Would you please ask the user to edit the file <installationPath>/PSpiceTI/Tools/bin/orCefSettings.ini?

Add the following line to this file:

lang=en-US

Save it and relaunch PSpice for TI, then try again.
