Hi Amy,

Please confirm if the user is running PSpice for TI using the same Windows account used to install the software.

Thank you for your reply. The customer said that he did run the software with the same Windows account. what could be other reason cause the error?

Does the user have this file?

C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\Cadence\VBL\TI_PSpice_174\license\license.txt
