LLC Resonant DC-DC converter

I would like to thank the TI team for the useful information, advanced devices, and tools that contributed to the completion of many projects and designs, as well as the great support it provides to researchers and designers in many fields.
 
Second, I have some questions that I hope to get clear answers  to help me design my circuit:
 
1-Could I use an LLC Resonant tank with a multilevel inverter as shown in the figure below? Or it is limited to use on half-bridge and full-bridge only.
 
2-If I use it with a multilevel, does it affect the waveform of the output of the inverter?
 
3-What is the output voltage waveform of the resonant tank (VLm)? Is it the same as the waveform of the output voltage of the inverter (Vinv) or different?
 
4-I am facing the problem of determining the proper value of the quality factor (Qe), so that I can find the values of the variables for the resonant tank (Lr, Cr, and Lm). Is there an appropriate way or tools to accurately determine Qe value?

    LLC with TI's analog controller is basically for DCDC conversation, like 400Vdc to 12Vdc/24Vdc/48Vdc. we don't have reference design to show LLC in inverter. 

    In you image, what is the waveform of Vinv?

    1. TI's LLC controller is limited to be used only in half bridge or full bridge LLC, so it need Vinv is square waveform form 0 to Vin with very high switching frequency. 

    2. TI has no analog LLC controller can support multilevel inverter, so we cannot answer your question.
