About Simple 2 Bits Parallel ADC

Hello,

I am studying a simple 2 bits parallel ADC for my training. I am using TINA to simulate the following circuit.

Somehow the design bellow is having some issue that I cannot detect. When I try to run the DC/AC analysis 

always it says "Incorrect Circuit", showing a trouble in the Op. Amp and the node related to that.

Could you help me solve this problem, showing me what is the problem on this design?

(I am using 3 comparators, one logical XNOR, and 2  logical AND with MOSFET).
