LM5118 WEBENCH Design simulation Failed

I have been trying to run the simulation for the LM5118 Design using WEBENCH but it says simulation failed? What must I do to be able to run the simulation?

    Hi Siyabonga,

    thank you for using the E2E forum.

    I just tried with the default boost design (default values) and with a steady state simulation, but could not see an issues.

    Can you try with another browser. If this does not work please provide details about your setup.

    - Browser

    - selected design paramters

    - simulation mode

    Hi Stefan,

    I am trying to simulate the LM5118MH/NOPB Buck-Boost design with  3 - 18V Vin and 12V Vout @ 2A or 3A. The simulation still fails. 

    However, it works just fine with the default values. So I have not idea what is going on or maybe the design parameters I am using are infeasible.

    Hello Siyabonga,

    Please try to increase the minimum input voltage in 1V steps until the design can be created. The current needed at 3V in to 12V out is about 5 times as high as the output current. I expect that the diodes power dissipation is just too high at these voltage extremes.
