Can you please try removing the voltage regulator? Does this resolve the problem?

Here is a simple RC LP Filter design I was working with the troubleshoot the problem.

It doesn't matter what project I open (even examples) the program aborts whenever I try to create a new simulation or edit a previous one.

On another note my laptop has a problem when I create a new simulation the simulation opens up but is blank and I cannot make any selections.

The program does not crash but I cannot perform any simulations except by hitting the run button on a previous created simulation

Question:  How do I include my archived project as an attachment? Don't see the option below

Here is the crashdump log from my last simulation attempt

The following blank screen appears on my laptop when I try to edit or create a simulation. This does not crash lik my desktop but I am unable to run a simulation

Could you provide more information? You are seeing a similar issue while using a different computer, correct? Does this machine have the same version installed? Is this an issue for all designs, or only certain designs?

Did you also use the model from another vendor as described previously?

Encrypted models used were from ST Micro for voltage regulators RHFL4913 and RHFL7913

Both desktop and laptop have version 17.4.2021 S007 Windows SPB 64-Bit Edition

Problem on desktop is program crashes when I try to create a new or edit an existing simulation

Problem on laptop is simulation screen blank when I try to create a new or edit an existing simulation but does not crash

Problem exists on all designs even a simple RC low pass filter design

Hi Louis,

I'm not sure what is causing this problem. I'm going to reach out to the developer and see what they advise. Please confirm for me that both machines are using Windows 10.

Additionally, will you please capture the crash on your desktop machine?
