Hello Team,
After our customer registered for myTI, request for PSPICE-FOR-TI download was made.
Customer was able to download "PSpice-For-TI_setup.exe" from the reply email after filling out the necessary information, however when they double-clicked on the file, a message like below appeared.
This message appeared and customer could not proceed to the installation.
Do you know the cause of this and possible countermeasure?
Customer is using Windows 10. Log file could not be found, as the directory does not exist.
