Could you please share the Webench design and option you are using to export with us? Kindly note that Webench team is on holiday and replies might get delayed.

How to Share the Design:

Which export option you are using? If you are using Mentor Graphics, then its an known issue and we are working on resolving the same (we are expecting the timelines for this will be higher [more than a month or so]). I will suggest to clear the browser cache and try export option again. Let me know if this helps.

I am trying to export as Cadsoft Eagle.  I use Fusion 360/Eagle for my electronic design work and thought this option was the one most likely to provide files I could open in Eagle or Fusion.  I believe Cadsoft sold Eagle to Autodesk some years ago so not sure if the Cadsoft Eagle selection is the correct choice but I cant get it anyway.  I can say that  the download/export fails whether I use it from the CUTOMIZE or EXPORT windows.

I will try the cache clearing option and advise if that works.

Hi Bhusan, I can now also advise that clearing the cache in Chrome my browser of choice has no affect on the outcome.  I am advised the file is created then I click download and am able to download the file but it is not able to be accessed when I have completed the download.
