Hi,
My application includes a 400V DC at the primary input and 48V DC at the secondary output? What value of capacitor do you recommend to be placed at these two terminals?

Hello,
you can take an equation C=Ipeak*d*Ts/delta_V for a quick calculation, some margins need to be added for load or line regulations
Ipeak is the peak current for prim or sec sides.
d is the max phase shift.
Ts is switching period
delta V is the max ripple allowed for DC output or input
If prim input is PFC output, the prim cap selection may depend on PFC output as well.
