PMP11237: Need an efficient Design with the same specifications of PMP11237 but with smaller Board Size.

Dear Sir,

I want 300W, 25A AC-DC design just like PMP11237 but want to reduce board size from 5'x9' to 5'X3'. I want to use same board of PMP11237 but want to reduce its size. Please help me out.

Hi there,

PMP22087 design is the other design that closed to your specification, which has 7.1" x 2.95'' dimension. If EMI filter stage is excluded, it is about 5" x 3".

Thanks Sir for your reply. One more query. Can I use same PMP11237 Design with jumper and 0ohm resistances are replaced by short circuit? What is the purpose of zero ohm resistance and jumpers? Will also use Heatsink externally to reduce the board size further. Is it ok?

PMP11237 is a design with through hole components on top side and trace on bottom side - a single-layer PCB design. Therefore, I used jumpers and 0ohm resistors. So yes, you can replace them by shorting nodes between two ends of jumpers and 0ohm resistors.
