Access key for PSPICE for TI errored out

I am getting an error when I enter my access key to install PSPICE for TI.

Here is the file I downloaded using the link TI provided.

I am following the instructions as provided in the email. I copied and pasted the access key to ensure I didn't mistype anything.

Please advise. Thank you.

Hi Kerry,

Ray will send you a different access key. Please do not share it publicly again.

Please also send me the following files in %appdata%\Cadence\PSpiceTIInstall?

cdsPspiceTIlog.txt
TI_URLs.txt
SetupDownloader.log
