Kindly give me technical specifications of following parts. We are not getting these parts in India. Kindly give us technical specifications of following parts.

  • an you please send us technical specifications of these parts so that I can check alternate part suppliers. Current vendor Yaxin is unable to deliver these parts. Detailed technical specifications of these parts will help me to expedite my development plan.

    I asked Yaxin, their reply is they promise to provide samples to you but the delivery date will be late Feb, due to the Chinese holiday. As I said, they designed the parts so they owns the details of these part. If you has local vendors that have the design ability, you can pass the value and package of the magnetics components so that they design the parts by themselves. The inductance are included in the BOM. Thanks.

    Since I cannot wait till end of February, so I checked with local vendor who can manufacture these transformers and Inductors. For that I need following information. Will you be able to provide this information? 

    1. Please specify current rating for L2 8.3 mH CMC.
    2. Please specify current rating for L4 340 uH Inductor
    3. Please specify current rating for L5 58 uH Inductor, We can Support you with PQ2620
    4. Please share winding detail of T1, PQ3230
    5. Please share winding detail of T2, PQ3230

    1. L2 8.3 mH CMC, you can use input power divide minimum input voltage, then get the current rating,

    2. L4, Ipeak is about 10A and RMS is about 6A

    3. Ipeak is 4.9A and RMS is 3.4A, PQ2020 package.

    4. T1, Np:Ns=3.3, primary Ipeak 2.5A, RMS 3.3A, secondary RMS current 6A.

    5. T2, Ipeak=0.33A, RMS 0.1A, Np:Ns:Na=7.13:1:1.2

    Thanks for providing information. 

    For T1 and T2 : can you please share winding turn wire gauge and primary wiring inductance? 

    Also once PCB is assembled with all the components do we have to do programming for any of the controllers? if yes then can you share more details about those programming tools as well as logic?

    The primary inductance of T1 and T2 are shown in schematic and BOM, as well as in your  list. The real turns I can't tell, you can ask your vendor to calculate for you according to the peak current and inductance.

    This is analog solution, no need to program the controllers.

    We are trying to make these parts from local vendor since delivery from vendor in China is by February End. To make these transformers, can you support with following Technical parameters. (For T1 and T2)

    Input voltage,

    Output voltage and current

    Switching frequency

    Topology, ie push-pull, full Bridge, half bridge, fly back.

    The switching frequency of T1 is 77~132kHz, T2 iis below 80kHz.

    What I recommend is BUY on TI.com, though they might need long lead time currently.
