UCC37322 Model

Where can I find a TINA model for a UCC37322? Without a model it is difficult to simulate a system transient response.

BTW-- TI's website is really slow and I'm tired of receiving "Request Too Large" pages when I try to use TI's parametric selection tools.

    We received your request for a TINA model for the UCC37222, but are not able to assist you directly at this time.

    Please contact your local AFA in order to request the model development. In case you do not have access to an AFA, please contact the Product Information Center at support@ti.com for further assistance.

    We appreciate your understanding and look forward to working with you in the future. We do have some models available for other drivers which might be helpful for you: UCC27323, UCC27324, UCC27325, UCC27200, and UCC27201. We are continuously adding models to ti.com/spicerack.  Please check back frequently.

    Why not just forward these requests to your AFAs as a matter of course?

    Hi,

    Has the request for the model for this UCC37322 been processed?

    If not, what other gate driver already available on TINA-TI possibly comes close to this considering its a 9A driver.

    Suggestions please.
