Hi,

is it possible to adapt the TIDEP0032 application to make it working on AM335x Starter Kit [TMDSSK3358] ? (and not only TMDSICE3359 ICE EVM as the "hardware requirements" section says)

    Hi Andrea,

    No, with TIDEP0032 cannot be ported to TMDSSK3358 because on this EVM there is no connection between PRU-ICSS and RJ45 Ethernet ports.

    The PRU-ICSS multi-protocol industrial detection firmware needs to receive Ethernet frames via MII instances of PRU-ICSS. The two boards, TMDXICE3359 or TMDXICE110 industrial communication EVMs, support this. The two Ethernet interfaces of TMDSSK3358 are connected to EMAC instance, which is a different IP block inside the AM335x than PRU-ICSS.
