PSPICE-FOR-TI: Error after update

Hello Team,

My customer used Pspice for TI about a year ago to perform some analysis. They went to use it again and it showed an update was available so they updated the software. After updating the software now they  cannot open any model and get this error:

The procedure entry point smnRdMsgGet_int64 could not be located in the dynamic library c:\cadence\pspice\tools\bin\mpsc.dll

Also says Capture.exe - Entry point not found.

they notice its two errors exactly the same but point to two different dll files. One point to mpsc.dll and the other points to mpss.dll.

    Hi Renan,

    That seems to be caused by missing Microsoft C++ libraries. Does the file mentioned exist?

    On my system:

    Also in this directory you should see the executable capture.exe. double-click that and PSpice for TI should come up.
