TIDA-01093: Pcb Layout guide lines Abd AFE soldering

Hi,

Am looking for accurate Usermanual por Guide line manual for Pcb Layouting. Can any one suggest?

Also how about recommendations of AFE soldering , can one manually do soldering of AFE? Or better to do Machine soldeing please suggest?

Point of asking is because we used Reflow soldering, but component placement over Pcb is maunal by using solder paste, and after placement of AFE over PCB, PCB was made to pass through Reflow Machine, in doing such out of 10 Pcb's only 4 are working correctly and rest shows incorrect cell voltage reading.

Please share what to follow?

    Hi Rohit,

    Unfortunately we do not provide a document like what you are looking for. The datasheet for the AFE does provide some layout guidlines and you can look at the TIDA layout as a reference. For soldering you may want to check the latest JEDEC guidelines and standards. The AFE uses a package that is very common in the industry.
