Hi,

Good Day. Customer needs assistance using BOM Cross Tool. Please see below his query for your reference. Thank you very much.

I can't get your inventory numbers to load on the document. I have 162 parts to review with the old Update BOM form I could do this. Please advise, the multiple part search tool doesn't give me your current inventory. I must be doing something wrong, I downloaded your template. I chose the=ti p/n's to cross reference. I tried each search option possible and it didn't work. if there are step by step instructions would you send them. TI BOM tool has the info I need, the part search doesn't give me the inventory. I already have that same report/form the same results as below - I'm dense where does it show your inventory on hand.

I need to put the info into another form to share, there used to be one column with the info. now it seems I would have to click each item to get the info. Am I wrong? I changed the qty parameters, I don't get anything

    Hi Ray,

     

    I’m sorry you were not able to see the inventory information you were looking for.  It is there, but you will just need to click on a different tab to view it.  I can see by the screenshot you provided below, that you’re on the “All parts” tab as shown at the top left below the list name, in red.  To view inventory for the parts you selected cross to, you will just need to click on the “Selected and match TI parts” tab to the right of the “All parts” tab, as shown in my example screenshot below.  On this tab, you’ll be able to see TI part details, including inventory and add to cart options as well.  Let us know if you have any additional questions.  Thank you, David.
