PSPICE-FOR-TI: ERROR(ORPSIM-15116): Unable to find library file tps6c5912_trans.lib

Part Number: PSPICE-FOR-TI

I have installed the Pspice for TI today and just testing it out with a simple RC network and I got this error message:
ERROR(ORPSIM-15116): Unable to find library file tps6c5912_trans.lib

Tried a reference model design and the same error occurred.

Uninstalled and installed again, same error.

  • Hello

I got this error too, I've run 'reinstall TI models and libraries' several times and it still shows the error.

    Is there any other solution?

  • Hi Redding,

After you reinstall the library, please copy the following file into C:\cds_spb_home\cdssetup\pspTILibDir\ over writing the existing nom_pspti.lib:

    nom_pspti.lib

This should fix the problem. We are working on a permanent fix.

    Thanks,
    JC
