Hi,
I have short question about automatic learning process feature for battery gauges. In bqStudio you said that i can do automatic learning cycle using two relays. Do I understood it right that i should put this relays in series with load and charger?

Hello Bartosz,

Can you link the gauge you intend to use and the documentation you're referencing?

Not all gauges support the automatic learned feature, I would recommend using lab equipment automation to complete the learning process.

Hello Wyatt,
I using bq27421 fuel gauge. I know that device support automatic learning feature but i want to use additional EV2400 to calibrate it - for example other CHEM Id will be better for my battery.
Also I talking about feature implemented in bqStudio, about one of the options in Learning Cycle :

Hello Bartosz,

Can you share an diagram of how you are trying to connect the relays? Each relay alone should control the charge or discharge separately, I don't believe they should be in series configuration.

EV2400 will work for calibration and flash stream file exports.

Hi Wyatt, sorry for late response. Maybe I did not fully describe it right. talking about series relays I mean one relay series with load and another one series with charger. I share block diagram as you ask. Do this work fine for auto calibration?
