Part Number: TINA-TI
Hi Team,
When simulating an RC circuit in TINA with the capacitor initially charged to 4V, my customer noticed that simulation doesn't start at 4V. Instead it starts a 3.x V.
And, the shorter the simulation, the closer 3.x V is to the 4V initial condition that we set.
If you look at the screenshot below you can see that for the same circuit the starting value changes depending on the length of the simulation.
- 5ms = 3.6V
- 1ms = 3.9V

Any idea as to why the simulation doesn't start with 4V on the cap?
And why does it get closer to 4V, the shorter we run the simulation for?
Thanks
Tyler
