Customer can't open the layout file and schematic file, can you check the file if is ok. thanks.

Hi,

I assumed you are using Altium to open it, correct? I think it is probably due to the original PCB file are not created by Altium. You may try to use PADs to open it.

Otherwise, you can open the pdf file at

C:\ti\controlSUITE\development_kits\ILPFC_v1.3\~HWDevPkg

You need to download the controlSUITE first.

Hi Chen,

My customer try to use PADs to open it, but the result is the same.

Could you make sure the file is ok in your side?

or could you tell me which version of PADs my customer should be use.

You should be able to open it using expressPCB. I verified it on my side.
