Hi,

Is there any possibility to change the parameters of QbreakN and QbreakP? For example, to change the Bf value?

In my simulation, I am getting this error:

so it might be connected with QbreakN and QbreakP.

No, I have not tried it, because then I would have the limitation for the number of measured signals I would like to see, right?

Well, these models are just place holders. Take a look at the breakout.lib file, you will notice that there's no content:
