Hi Robert,
Please close PSpice for TI, then check if you have any PSpice processes running using the task manager. Use the "command line" column on the "details" tab to look for executables in "C:\Cadence\PSpiceTI":
If not, launch PSpice for TI again to see if you still get the error.
If yes, close PSpice for TI, rename the folders "C:\cds_spb_home\cdssetup\ORCAD_CAPTURETIPSpice_Install" and "C:\cds_spb_home\cdssetup\OrCAD_PSpiceTIPSpice_Install", then try again.
Also, what solution did you reject?
