Hi sir/mam,

I was simulating gate driver circuit to drive sic mosfet with part number IMW120R045M1. for this i have created macro file and while running the simulation in transient mode , it keeps on showing invalid function name and i don't know where does that name exist and don't know how to rectify it. please help me in solving this. trail_1 (1).tsc

    Hi Vivian Qi,

    I'm using  infineon gate driver with part number 1EDI3030AS and infineon Sic Mosfet with part number IMW120R045M. Unable to convert library files of these two devices to macro model.

    while converting sic mosfet library file to macro model it shows error of invalid function name.

    Hi Aravind, 

    Unfortunately we do not provide TINA support for a competitor model. However, I see that UCC21750-Q1, TI’s isolated gate driver, is a close match to the Infineon model you listed. We encourage you to try this model instead, and we can provide simulation support accordingly.
