PSPICE-FOR-TI: exporting/importing xml files

Part Number: PSPICE-FOR-TI

Hi team,

My customer is interested in exporting xml files, manually editing them, and re-importing them within PSPICE-FOR-TI.

He does this in TINA and wants to know if the same feature is supported in PSPICE-FOR-TI.

His workflow at a high level is to:

  1. Build a base schematic in TINA.
  2. Export the schematic to XML.
  3. Change certain parameters in the xml such as resistor values to hit the corner cases of tolerances (he wants to continue to do this manually)
    1. He will end up with several different XML files covering different corner cases that he is specifically interested in.
  4. Re-import each XML to TINA one-by-one to simulate.

He wants to be able to do this exact flow within PSPICE-FOR-TI as well. Is this possible?

When I searched the help documentation, there is a reference to exporting an XML, but I do not see that option in the actual menu.

Thanks,
Trevor
