Each burst in 1 sub-frame under advanced frame is emitted by different TX antennas.
I try to get angle by the scatter signals of the bursts.
But it doesn’t work.
Are there any resets of phase among bursts in advanced frame?
Could you give me any advice?
Additional info.
Tx 1 is assigned to burst 1.
Tx 2 is assigned to burst 2.
Tx 3 is assigned to burst 3.
Tx 4 is assigned to burst 4.
My background is below.
My target is a high speed (140km/h) vehicle.
To enhance max detect speed, chirps of a Tx antenna are emitted in a row.
As you know, RF IC chips has the limit of number of chirps (255).
I use advanced frame to beyond the limit of number of chirps (255), to enhance gain and velocity resolution.
More my only concern is that about scatter signal from unmoving target,
phase gaps between different Tx antennas are not stable.
For unmoving target, angle and distance is not changed.
So, I expect phase gaps between different Tx antenna are always the same. But they aren’t stable.
Are there any resets of phase among bursts in advanced frame?
Could you give me any advice?
By the way, without advanced frame, I get an angle with the different Tx antennas by the TI default MIMO scripts.
