Thanks. Would you please generate a log file for us?

1. Create a new environment variable called “CDS_LIC_QA_TesT” and set it to a text file like this:
   
   
2. Close and launch PSpice for TI and run a simulation. The file will be created. As soon as you see the error, close the tool and change the environment variable to a different file name.
3. Log off VPN and launch PSpice for TI again and try a simulation. I hope this time you won’t receive the issue again. Regardless if the error shows up again, please close the tool and share both files with us.
4. You can now rename the environment variable to something else or just deleted it so the log file won’t keep growing.

I would do that, but I was unable to install PSpice for TI, so I can't open it or run a simulation.

Sorry about the mix-up. Here's the revised steps:

2. Close and try to install PSpice for TI again. The file will be created. 
3. Once the installation process errors out, you can rename the environment variable to something else or just deleted it so the log file won’t keep growing.

I haven't been able to install PSpice for TI , so I can not launch PSpice at all.  What is internal error -20?

Hi Dave,

-20 means there's a field being blank. We need the log file to be able to tell exactly the problem. I am not asking you to launch PSpice for TI, the second step is to run the installer till it fails again.

Hi JC,

When running the installer, I can't get past the login screen, is that ok?  So, what field is missing can only be my username or access key, correct?
