TIDA-010054: Tuning of DF22_C4 controller in Dual Active Bridge Converter Reference Design

Part Number: TIDA-010054
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SFRA

Hi all,

I am working a 1kW, 400V/48V DAB design for Energy Storage and EV charging applications. I am using TI's reference code in our application. I have mapped the ADCs. GPIOs and comparators for our system and the system is working well in open loop condition. I also tried the closed loop voltage lab and it is working well for a minimum operating range of input voltage. Since the controller used for closed loop voltage is a DF22_C4 controller, I want to know how to tune the digital coefficients of the controller since my application is slightly different. Can you suggest some tuning methods?

Regards,

Pranav
