Hello,

Is it possible to simulate circuit containing silicon photomultiplier.

In other words: is it possible to model silicon photomultiplier in Spice ?

    Hi Pavel,

    Texas Instruments does not currently offer silicon photomultipliers. If another company offers a PSpice model for their silicon photomultiplier devices, you are welcome to try their model. If you have any questions regarding the simulation of that device, we would recommend discussing it with the model vendor.
